This Privacy Policy describes:<\/p><ul><li>How and what personal data we collect;<\/li><li>The purposes for which we collect and use data;<\/li><li>How we share or disclose personal data;<\/li><li>California consumer privacy rights under <strong>CalOPPA, CCPA, and CPRA<\/strong>; and<\/li><li>Our handling of <strong>HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)<\/strong>, if applicable.<\/li><\/ul><p>We comply with California privacy laws and the <strong>Meta\/Lead\u2011Ads requirement<\/strong> that a privacy policy be clearly accessible to users\u2014especially in the language of the ad ([turn1view0] Usercentrics, Sep\u202f2024) and allow opt\u2011outs where required.<\/p><h3><strong>2. Personal Information We Collect<\/strong><\/h3><p>We may collect the following:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Identifiers<\/strong>: name, email (required), phone (optional)<\/li><li><strong>Sensitive Health Data (CPRA SPI)<\/strong>: health\u2011survey responses (e.g. on inflammation, fatigue)\u2014only with your <em>affirmative explicit consent<\/em>, and used only to personalize content or session logistics<\/li><li><strong>Internet\/device data<\/strong>: IP address, browser, device model, referral URL, converted events captured via <strong>Meta Pixel<\/strong>, <strong>Google Analytics<\/strong>, or <strong><strong>Google Tag Manager<\/strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Webinar metadata<\/strong>: registration date, attendance status, webinar ID<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>4. How We Use Your Information<\/strong><\/h3><p>Your information may be used to:<\/p><ul><li>Confirm and send webinar access or reminders<\/li><li>Answer questions or provide support<\/li><li>Send marketing content or promotions <em><em>(unless you opt-out)<\/em><\/em><\/li><li>Measure and optimize funnel and ad performance<\/li><li>Serve remarketing and targeted ads via Meta and Google based on pixel events <em><em>(unless opted-out)<\/em><\/em><\/li><li>Generate aggregated, anonymized statistics for internal analysis<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Health survey data<\/strong> will only be used for educational or medical support and never for ad targeting unless you give explicit permission.<\/p><h3><strong>5. Sharing of Personal Information<\/strong><\/h3><p>We do <strong>not \u201csell\u201d<\/strong> personal data as defined by CPRA.\u202fWe never transfer your data to third\u2011party brokers for profit.<\/p><p>However, we may <strong>share<\/strong> data:<\/p><ul><li>With <strong>Meta Platforms, Inc.<\/strong>, to deliver lead\u2011ad forms, run remarketing campaigns, or build custom audiences\u2014under strict processor\/controller agreements<\/li><li>With service providers (e.g. <strong>GoHighLevel, Demio, ActiveCampaign, Zoom<\/strong>) acting strictly as data processors, under contract<\/li><li>With authorities <strong><strong>as required by law<\/strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>If you see ads on Meta\/Google showing your submitted email, that qualifies as <strong>\u201csharing for cross\u2011context behavioral advertising\u201d<\/strong>. You can opt\u2011out, and we\u2019re required to suppress further use for 12 months.<\/p><h3><strong>6. HIPAA &amp; Health\u2011Related Information<\/strong><\/h3><p>If MediPure or our webinar platform is a <strong>\u201cCovered Entity\u201d<\/strong> under HIPAA:<\/p><ul><li>Health data (PHI) will be governed under a <strong>Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP)<\/strong>, which complies with HIPAA. The U.S. Department of Health &amp; Human Services provides model notices in <strong>English and Spanish<\/strong>.<\/li><li>We will deliver or make available a bilingual NPP upon request, explain your rights (e.g. to access, amendment, restriction), and honor those requests.<\/li><\/ul><p>All PHI is segregated from ad-targeting systems and shared only with authorized staff or business associates under confidentiality obligations.<\/p><h3><strong>8. Cookies, Tracker Technologies &amp; Ad Platforms<\/strong><\/h3><p>We use:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Meta Pixel<\/strong>: to track conversions and run personalized ads<\/li><li><strong>Google Analytics &amp; Google Tag Manager<\/strong>: to monitor traffic, optimize content, and measure ad ROI<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>CPRA does not require cookie consent banners<\/strong>, but the law does require honoring <strong>Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt\u2011out signals<\/strong> [turn5view0]. We currently support GPC signals and cancel ad\u2011sharing on\u2011the\u2011fly. If privacy\u2011consent preferences tools are added in the future, we can link them here.<\/p><h3><strong>9. Data Retention &amp; Security<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All lead and contact data is retained for a maximum of <strong>18 months<\/strong> after last contact or activity, after which <strong>inactive records are permanently deleted<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Health\u2011survey data is also purged unless you request retention under HIPAA guidelines.<\/li><li>We implement <strong>industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards<\/strong>, including encryption, access control, staff training, and regular audits to protect both PII and PHI.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>10. Children \/ Minors<\/strong><\/h3><p>Our services are intended for individuals <strong>16 years and older<\/strong>. We do <em>not refuse knowingly<\/em> to collect data from minors under 16. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, that data will be <strong>deleted immediately upon request<\/strong>.<\/p><h3><strong>11.
